Holly Tangeman, Manager/Reviewing Principal Broker is proud to join the Town & Country Realty management team.
Originally a transplant from Healdsburg CA in 1978, Holly emphatically calls Oregon her home. Growing up on a horse ranch & fruit farm in the Alexander Valley, Holly found each day full of academics, band, competitive swimming, horse showing, assisting her dad in his oral surgery office and being a ranch hand. Her incredible work ethic began there.
A real estate investor and Managing Principal Real Estate Broker licensed in Oregon since 2007, Holly brings customer management experience, strategic planning, marketing knowledge, client care excellence and success as a Managing Principal Broker to her current Manager/Reviewing Principal Broker position for Town & Country Realty. She is a real estate business coach and Buffini and Co. Mentor/Ambassador and Facilitator. Holly has become a self-development fan, constantly reading and listening to podcasts and books written by the greats, and continuously investing in personal & business growth while actively participating through the Oregon Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Key Committee.
“My greatest passion is assisting, motivating and inspiring dedicated real estate entrepreneurs to find their ‘Why’ and their passion, then coach them to strategically plan for the success of their businesses, so that they will reach their goals and perform their duties as a real estate professional to the best of their ability and with industry knowledge and integrity, toward their clients and their community”.
Holly feels blessed to have a varied professional resume including; Nordstroms, Coca-Cola & Wyndam plus residential real estate sales and management. As a National Account Executive at Coca-Cola, Holly had the pleasure of working with the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, US Military, Boeing, Albertsons, Fred Meyer, Winco and school districts, all over Oregon and SW Washington.
In addition to her career, Holly enjoys the honor of being married to David, a mother to two sons, step-mother to two daughters and grandmother to five. Any time that she can find the sun, Holly is in the sun. Trips to Portland Metro are many to watch her grandsons play Lacrosse, football & basketball. Gardening and mowing the acre of grass, walking the ‘Lucy’ dog, hiking or walking the beach are definitely very high on the priority list. Scotland and Ireland vacations and family visits are on her bucket list.
