I went into contract on a home in Corvallis in January. Since it was in an older part of town, Marty Fulford made sure to have a sewer scope as part of the home inspection. I'm glad she did. It turned out that the sewer pipe is in poor condition and has to be replaced. Marty negotiated for the owners to pay for the repair.
