Angelica Rehkugler has enjoyed being a Broker since 2000 and has earned her GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Certifications. After graduating from the University of California at Berkley, she worked for several years at Apple Computer, and then went back to San Jose State University for her teaching credential. Angelica taught English as a Second Language for 10 years both adult and high school levels. German is her first language and she has a working knowledge of Spanish.
In addition to over 15 years’ experience as a Broker, Angelica owns a number of rental properties that she has managed herself for many years. She can assist you with questions about investment properties, especially single-family homes.
When Angelica is not selling homes, she has volunteered as a teacher of the First Time Home Buyer Class for Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. She has also taught a course at Linn Benton Community College on Real Estate for students to prepare for the Broker licensing exam. In 2009, Angelica was the chair of the CARDV (Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence) Run Committee. Angelica is passionate about nature, trees, recycling and organic, sustainable gardening practices. She has served as the chair of Corvallis Civic Beautification and Urban Forestry Commission and was active in this group for over 10 years.
Angelica enjoys reading, gardening, walks in the many parks in our lovely Willamette Valley, swimming and travel. She loves to dance! You can find her at the contra dance evenings and dances of universal peace. She is also a frequent participant of yoga and MELT classes at Timberhill Athletic Club. Meditation keeps Angelica balanced. She is a member of the First Alternative Co-Op and a life-time member of the Sierra Club.
