Ericka Fowler has been a full-time, full-service real estate broker since 2013. She began her professional career in real estate shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication. Ericka proactively works to advance her industry knowledge and achieved her Principal Broker certification in 2018. However, her journey in real estate has been lifelong. Throughout her childhood on O’ahu, Hawaii, she observed her father build and establish his own boutique brokerage on the North Shore.
For Ericka, the most fascinating part about being a second-generation realtor is reflecting on how technology has rapidly evolved to empower the consumer with more information—yet has also raised professional expectations and standards for the real estate agent operating in today’s fast-paced world. Realtors are now expected to wear many hats in order to assist their clients in achieving their real estate and financial goals, and Ericka has managed to build a solid and empathetic understanding of the process for both the buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
With over 120 transactions, Ericka has been able to grow her business approach to be focused on offering clients the most pertinent industry knowledge and skills-based results. From the very first contact to the closing table and beyond, Ericka genuinely cares about the client, their lives, their goals, and makes it her mission to offer them the most efficient yet delightful real estate experience in buying or selling one of their largest financial assets.
Ericka Fowler is looking forward to helping you reach your buying, selling, or investing goals. She can be reached at 541-852-5471 and at efowler@tncrealty.com.
