After 30 plus years as a social worker, Heidi Garza, Broker, decided to switch gears and turn her passion for real estate and helping others into a successful career. Heidi loves helping her clients see the possibilities for improvement in homes and connecting clients to professionals who can take those ideas and make them reality. The Garza family jokes that HGTV is her channel, as Heidi has enjoyed many hours watching House Hunters, Home Town, and other shows that depict remodeling, decorating and selling homes.
Originally from Iowa, Heidi and her husband moved to the Albany/Corvallis area in 1996 and raised their two daughters here. They were both fortunate to receive an excellent K-12 education in Corvallis and both went on to attend Oregon State University (OSU). Their daughters attended Garfield Elementary School and during that time, Heidi had the privilege of helping to fund-raise and build the existing wheelchair accessible playground with a group of amazing parents. In her free time, Heidi enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and friends and their dog Penny, creating fused glass pieces and reimagining rooms in her home.
Heidi provides excellent service to everyone she works with. You can expect honesty, compassion, and support from her during the process of selling or purchasing a home, and she understands the stress that can come with both endeavors. It would be her honor to help you and your loved ones with the process of purchasing or selling your home.
