After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University, Lisa obtained her Master of Organizational Development from Antioch University while working at HP Inc. Working at HP for over 25 years, Lisa manages strategic relationships using her experience in leadership, contract negotiations, and relationship-building skills to strengthen partnerships and community relations. Actively involved in creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and collaborative community, Lisa is on the Women’s Impact Network and the Corvallis Racial Equality HP Corporate leadership team.

Serving as a Trustee on the Corvallis Public School Foundation for 6 years, Lisa volunteered to support local schools and create equitable education for all children. She was proactively involved in fundraising for the Corvallis Montessori School.

Lisa’s father was a Colonel in the US Army, which afforded her the opportunity to live and travel extensively around the nation and abroad in Germany. While attending OSU, she fell in love with the Corvallis community and has lived here ever since. She and her husband Casey are raising three compassionate, hard-working children.
