Michelle Waddell, a seasoned professional with experience in the television and film industry, returned to her roots in Oregon in 2011 to raise her two children. Having gone through multiple relocations herself, Michelle understands the challenges and excitement that come with major life changes and is eager to assist you in navigating them.

A graduate of Leadership Corvallis, Michelle is dedicated to building connections and fostering community. As the former Executive Director of the Philomath Downtown Association, she has a background in economic development and housing, providing her with a unique perspective on both rural and urban spaces in the area.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and spending time with friends and her beloved goldendoodle, Tesla. She is an avid e-biker, skier, and hiker, always looking to explore the beautiful recreation areas of the Willamette Valley. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and graphic design from Boise State University, Michelle is always eager to chat about her love for Idaho skiing.
