Nancy has been a Broker with Town & Country Realty since 2014. With the curiosity of a researcher, she excels at finding information, and will leave no stone unturned whether searching for a new home or finding buyers for your listing. Nancy values education, and enjoys learning new technologies and staying current on changes in real estate practices.
A lifetime Oregonian, Nancy first moved to Corvallis as an Oregon State University student and remained on campus after graduation to begin a research career in biochemistry. After moving to Portland for several years to work in clinical research at Oregon Health & Science University, she reminisced about the slower pace of life, fresh air, and larger garden spaces in Corvallis, and happily returned with her family in 2007.
Nancy values the beauty of our local open spaces and has supported the Greenbelt Land Trust as the Gold Sponsor of the Run for the Hills event since 2018. Nancy also spent several years investing in the community through her volunteer work as a leader in the Parent Teacher Association and Program Coordinator for the educational garden at her children’s elementary school.
Nancy enjoys spending her free time running the trails of McDonald forest, watching her children play soccer, and attending OSU sporting events with her family. On weekends, you can find Nancy working in her home garden, where she cultivates an edible landscape of fruits and vegetables, keeps a small flock of chickens, and tends two hives of honeybees.
Nancy understands the importance of communication, reliability, knowledge, and trust. She genuinely appreciates the opportunity to represent her client’s diverse needs.
