Its mission is to enhance cognitive and physical abilities through day services that help participants stay independent at home. With a vision to redefine long-term care, Grace Center fosters intergenerational communities and reshapes cultural views on aging. Health services include tailored exercise, nurse-supervised health monitoring, and personalized plans for participants and caregivers.
Social services include therapeutic activities and community outings, such as arts and crafts, animal interactions, gardening, cooking, and intergenerational events with local schools and childcare centers. Counseling support includes a free weekly caregiver group and individual counseling.
