A full-time Broker with Town & Country Realty, Robyn vanRossmann has lived in the Mid-Willamette Valley since 1992. Robyn brings an upbeat sense of fun to everything she does. Even though a real estate transaction is a serious business, Robyn feels that the process should be as enjoyable as possible.
With a background in escrow and county records, she brings her customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of integrity to her real estate business. Whether searching for that perfect home, negotiating a deal, or helping sellers get the best possible price for their property, she will give her all, and have a great time in the process. Robyn joined Town & Country Realty due to its stellar reputation for integrity, honesty, and customer service, all of which are vitally important to her.
With a BA in Physical Education, Robyn taught and coached gymnastics part-time until her children moved away from home, and then decided to follow her lifelong desire to sell real estate, earning her real estate license in 2007. In her time as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Robyn has closed many transactions for both buyers and sellers alike.
Having a strong drive to give back to her community, Robyn has served on the Executive Boards of the Albany Downtown Association and Albany Area Habitat for Humanity, and was a member of the Albany Landmarks Commission. Additionally, she has served on the committees for Mixology Madness and the Thanksgiving Day fundraiser run in North Albany. Robyn was a volunteer track coach at Corvallis High School for six seasons.
Robyn has a special interest in, and knowledge of, historic properties. She and her husband Rusty are currently renovating an 1870s era home in downtown Albany. When she is not working on her house, she likes to read, garden, go to the gym, and spend quality time with friends. Robyn has traveled extensively in the American West. Ever adventurous, her favorite trip so far has been to Montreal – in the dead of winter.
