Broker Tamara Rousso comes to Town & Country Realty with a long history of customer- centered service. Whether you are buying a home or selling a home, she brings integrity, concern, and commitment to you. From the moment you enter the door of the Town & Country Realty office, your needs are her priority. Tamara promotes your success by listening to your goals, and using her market knowledge to advise and work diligently for you.
Tamara has extensive experience buying, selling, and owning both rural farms and urban homes. She understands that you are not just buying a property. You are buying a home – a place where you will build memories, a place to unwind, a place that becomes a piece of you.
Tamara listens carefully to your needs when seeking a home and helps you achieve that goal. If you are new to the area, she will introduce you to the fabulous attractions and amenities the mid-Willamette Valley provides.
Tamara also understands that when it is time to sell you are not just selling a property, but selling a home. She will be by your side through the process of getting a home ready to sell and advising you on the best way to present your home to maximize your sale.
Tamara’s exceptional customer-centered service is the result of the many hats she has worn in addition to that of a real estate agent. These include: Registered Nurse, stay-at-home mom, managing a small dairy goat herd, and managing a start-up business.
She has lived in communities with CC&Rs and has also lived on large acreage to small. She understands what it means to live with CC&Rs, septic systems, wells, and the needs of livestock. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than helping others realize their dreams.
When not helping others find or sell their home, Tamara enjoys time at home with her menagerie of critters on her small farm. She enjoys watching the koi in the pond and eating the delicious vegetables from the garden, playing with the dogs or cuddling a cat. When not selling real estate, you can find Tamara at a yoga class, eating out at one of the many fine area restaurants, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
