This month instead of writing about how to buy a home, sell a home, or invest in real estate we decided to share with you what we have been working on these past several months. This past year, the idea of home has become much more than a house. We have worked from home, learned at home, and vacationed at home right here in the mid-Willamette Valley.
We are very excited to share with you that we have completed and officially launched our brand refresh!
Town & Country Realty has been locally owned and operated in the mid-Willamette since 1951. In the last 70 years, that has not changed. As the owners of the brokerage since 2016, we have implemented several changes that not only improved the home of our brokers but helped them focus on what they do best which is helping their clients, being a part of the community, and giving back.
Our experience shows us that when a buyer moves into a new home, they often do updates and remodeling and make it their own. We have made several interior changes to our offices, from fresh paint to expanding our Albany location to updating the furniture and art.
We waited patiently to update our logo and overall look. We knew the importance of making this update the right way, with plenty of time and consideration to accurately represent the work of our brokers, the legacy of Town & Country Realty, and our place in the community. It was a big undertaking.
How did we get here? First, we contracted with locally owned Madison Avenue Collective (an amazing, gifted and talented group of people). We knew their work was high quality based on their projects with Jackson Street Youth Services, Linn-Benton Community College, and so many other local businesses we respect. The project began with a rigorous discovery phase, including market research both within the firm and outside with the general public. After deep research and analysis, we collectively landed on a beautiful, modern and streamlined brand and logo.
You will notice on our logo we kept the Town & Country Realty’s recognizable and memorable Sunrise Yellow and added a beautiful Midnight Blue and a Barn Red. The logo itself shows the roofline of a house and the weather vane of a barn, representing our namesake Town & Country.
Most importantly, the weather vane is topped by a classic yet modernized ampersand. Why an ampersand? Because it is the AND in Town & Country Realty. We serve Linn AND Benton Counties, we help Buyers AND Sellers, we believe in home being a house AND the community. We provide service AND integrity. We love the symbolism, and you will see it throughout our brand.
We are incredibly excited to share this with you and hope you enjoy our fresh, modern look as much as we do. Town & Country Realty remains the same trusted, independent real estate expert since 1951. You know the integrity, service and professionalism we bring -and we know the mid-Willamette Valley better than anyone.
Welcome Home,
Lisa Marie Boyd
